IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?

Who is it for?

The MID is a training in UX and Product Design, which goes step by step from scratch! In other words, you don't need to have previous knowledge; all you need is a computer to run Figma and a great desire to study to transform your life and grow your career.

What is UX? UX (User Experience) refers to the user's experience when interacting with digital products. Good UX design focuses on creating intuitive and pleasant interfaces, making it easier to use the product.

What Does a Product Designer Do? The Product Design professional works on the development of digital products, ensuring that they are functional, attractive, and meet the needs of users.

The MID is very suitable for you if:

  • Are you professionally dissatisfied and want to change

  • You are a Graphic Designer, but you want to take bigger steps

  • You already work as a UX/Product Designer, but you want to grow

  • Do you want a career with a wide and global market?

DOES THIS CAREER PAY WELL?

How much can you earn as salary?

The UX career has excellent salaries everywhere globally and for the most diverse levels, even those who are starting their career. You can read more about this in some articles on our website, but here are quick examples:

  • It is common for mid-level salaries to be around $80,000 a year in the US and €50,000 a year in Europe.

  • Senior Designers earn $150,000+ a year in the U.S. and €75,000+ a year in Europe.

I had the opportunity to work with Felipe on some consulting projects aimed at clients, where we collaborated with them to teach modern software development practices while building ambitious and complex products together. In both cases, Felipe joined the team already during the project, quickly became a trusted member and immediately added value to the team and the product.

I especially appreciated the depth of Felipe's experience, his ability to quickly understand complex domains, and his calm and pragmatic approach. He brought a clear design direction to the team and helped steer the products in the right direction.

As a colleague, Felipe was fantastic to work with, and I would love the opportunity to do it again.

Felipe and I worked together on a project of great importance for a large client. Felipe joined the team after the initial discovery phase had been completed, but we were still faced with a high level of ambiguity, which made our design sprints take longer than expected. Felipe quickly adapted to the project, organized our Figma workspace, and helped to significantly simplify the design sprints.

As a product manager, I felt less pressure from stakeholders, the team's speed recovered, and the team's morale increased. Working with Felipe was an extremely positive experience, which I recommend to any product team.

As a colleague, Felipe was fantastic to work with, and I would love the opportunity to do it again.

Thank you, Felipe, for the opportunity to collaborate with you.
